Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Free Returns

We offer free return shipping for eligible items. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
